We apply a shipping fee of Rs. 50 per kilogram for delivering your products. This charge excludes taxes, redeem codes, and coupons, which can be reviewed in your cart before checkout.

Your product will be delivered to your chosen location using a reputable courier service. Typically, delivery to most metros and cities takes 3-5 days, while delivery to other areas may take 1-2 weeks via postal service. Estimated delivery dates can be found when placing your order.

While we strive to prevent delays, unforeseen circumstances during shipment may cause occasional delays. In such cases, we will make efforts to communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly.

Upon dispatch, a tracking ID from our logistics carrier will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can track your product's delivery status through the carrier's website.

If delivery is missed, our carrier partner will make two more attempts. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

In rare instances where delivery exceeds the estimated time or products become untraceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to your bank account.

Delivery addresses can be modified before shipment or while the order is pending. We endeavor to accommodate address changes to ensure timely delivery.

Any customs and taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Natural raisins & Spices bears no responsibility for fees incurred during shipping.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
